Same as Laura some weeks ago...., I am also looking for the title of a
Comedy film  I guess French.  It was in color, and I did not remember
the actors.  Probably produced in the late 60's or 1970's,  It was a
comedy about
some pilots who were forced to make an emergency landing, on parachute
drop over France. It was set during World War II, and featured the
French Resistance.  The pilots had a plan to meet up at the turkish
baths, and were supposed to recognize each other by whistling the tune
"Tea for Two."  However
they both were detained and had to send a replacement  -- leading up
to two complete strangers in towels whistling "tea for two" in the
turkish baths.  One pilot ended up in a school for musicians, and I
believe one of the musicians, (a violinist) was his replacement at the
turkish bath rendez-vous.

I already tried looking in the online library catalog to see if I
could come up with it again, but no luck.  I have also searched
http://www.imdb.com. and several search  engines

Could be great if somebody knows the name of that movie and help me
find a place to obtain a copy.

Not the same movie you were looking for, but the brief description you
made, automatically reminded me of one great movie from 1992 called
"MEDITERRANEO", directed by Gabriele Salvatore. Not only a funny
movie, but also a beautiful one. If you can rent it, don't miss it.
