I need a source for a small, digital, electronic counter. It needs to have an LCD screen, a button to advance the number on the screen by 1 (so it starts at "0" and then goes to "1", "2", etc.) and (VERY IMPORTANT) a button to decrement the counter by 1 (so if it read "20", pushing this button would take it down to "19".) It needs to be lightweight (less than 100 grams) and powered off a battery. You know the kind of analog counter that a ticket-taker will use to count the number of people that have gone through his gate? An electronic one of these would be completely acceptable, AS LONG AS IT CAN BE DECREMENTED WITH THE TOUCH OF A BUTTON. Many of those counters only have an "increment" and a "zero" button; this is unacceptable. I will give a tip if you find one that can be incremented/decremented in larger jumps (say, 5 or 10), and another tip if you find one that has a little built-in stand so it can sit on a table. I will tip $1 for each vendor beyond the first, to a maximum of three extra vendors. |

Hi Ross, Someone could probably build what I'm talking about using one of the modules on that page, but as far as I can determine that page does not list anything with the kind of user interface I'm looking for. Thanks for your help. |
