What is going on with USA and Iraq?  I suffer from a learning
disability and my life gets pretty filled up with just trying to
survive, so I don't have time to watch TV or listen to the news too
often, and it's even difficult for me to decipher what's going on,
even when I do watch because I'm so lost by this point.  But my Mom
sent me an article about the USA and Iraq and I didn't quite
understand what is going on.  Can someone briefly tell me?  Thank you
so much.  Also, I don't have much money as I don't have an income but
I will pay you whatever minimum you require for this answer.
