It's just a guess, but I'd say that the expression (from the movie
"Hospital") represents nothing but complete insanity:

"Paraclete", from Greek "parakletos" derives from the New Textament
(John xiv, 16, 26; xv, 26; xvi, 7), where it stands for the Holy
Spirit.

"Caborca" is a town in Mexico.

There is, of course, no "Holy Spirit of Caborca". So the whole
expression is meant to express madness. But as I said, it's only a
guess.
