Who is the manufacturer/distributor/inventor/patent holder (and patent
information) of the magic trick "the disappearing card case" as seen
on the following website video :

Using the webpage you directed me too, I contacted Cal Magic via their
telephone number and inquired as to the manufacturer.

The response from the employee is that it is manufactured in China and
doesn't directly list a manufacturer for the product.  As an overseas
product, it might not be patented in the U.S.A.
