I don't see how anyone could tell you an age simply by looking at a
picture but if I had to guess I'd say it looks an awfully like some
"Kachina" or "Tihu" dollas made by Hopi Indians in northeast Arizona
around 1920 (or there about).

It may also be a representation of Talavai (the Early Morning Singer Kachina)
also called "The Silent Kachina", and could date back as early as the late 1800's.
