There are also facilities in Charlotte, Fayetteville, Southern Pines
NC. I think there are also other locations and I need a location that
is nearer to Durham NC or Myrtle Beach SC. I don't believe your
search is as complete as I need. Would you pls look for more info.
The main clinic for the machines is Green Acres- Habitat for Human
Growth Performance, Daytona Beach, Fla. and the machine was developed
under the auspices of the University of Florida with Dr. Michael
Fulton heading the development.
I also need the names of the above NC locations and telephones.

"Charleston Neck and Back Center was established in 1986 by Dr. Ralph
D. Roles and currently has three locations in the Charleston area. The
offices are located in West Ashley (1835 Savage Road), North
Charleston (2102 Otranto Boulevard) and Downtown Charleston (44 Morris
Street).Dr. Roles, Dr. Joseph W. Barlett, Dr. H. Austin Murray and Dr.
Jason Harkey staff the offices. All three offices employ State-of
-the-Art diagnostic, radiographic and therapeutic equipment and offer
a variety of treatment options."
http://www.neckandbackcenter.com/
"Dr. Roles continues to treat a wide variety of cases, but he has
special interests in the treatment of headaches, neck pain and chronic
lower back pain. His interests in the treatment of headaches came as a
result of the outstanding success his patients have had in response to
his treatment. He also feels that there is no greater professional
reward than being able to rid a person of %rich a painful,
re-occurring condition. His interest in specialty low back work was
enhanced by his training through the Southeast Back Institute, the
University of Florida, Colleges of Medicine and Health & Human
Performance and his post-doctorate studies in neurology. His often
made statement "no person should elect low back surgery before
attempting all conservative treatment available" is a reflection on
his experience that most cases of low back pain (lumbar disc
involvement included) can be successfully treated conservatively.
"This has been further documented and enhanced by the incorporation of
the MedX Rehabilitation Center. Dr. Roles currently does consulting
and second opinion work for many local chiropractic and medical
physicians."
