Where could I find two fiberglass tubes between 1.2 and 1.25 inches in
diameter, 1/8th or
1/16th inch wall thickness and 8 ft long. Suitable for replacement shafts
for rowing oars.

My Findings:
I have tried some fiberglass listings under the yellow pages.
Communications (sometimes used for ham radio antenna)
Paddle manufacturer (not local)
These are available in the United States at very reasonable prices
however I have not been able to locate a local source and the shipping
is very expensive.
