I have a power cord that is made by walsin lihwa.  It has on the end
that goes into the outles "ps-13" and "e49133".  On the end that goes
into the appliance it says "rs-03".  It 125 volt & 7 amp.  I am trying
to figure out what appliance it goes to.  Any help?
