Hi belindahwang,

Thank you for your question.

You cannot get pregnant swallowing ejaculate - sperm/semen. But
having unprotected oral sex can transmit Sexually Transmitted
Diseases. (STDs)

Facts & Ansers about STDs.

"...swallowing semen (also known as ejaculate) does not prevent any
kind of cancer, or any other disease or infection. Having semen in the
mouth, whether it's swallowed or not, can actually pass on certain
sexually transmitted infections, such as gonorrhea, HPV, or syphilis.
For safer oral sex, use a condom to cover the penis.

"THE BIGGEST AND MOST IMPORTANT CONCERN WITH ORAL SEX AND SWALLOWING
EJACULATORY FLUIDS IS STDs. If any of these people has an STD, they
are very likely to transmit it to your mouth. This is an effective
route of transmission for many STDs, such as Herpes 1 and 2, Human
Papillomavirus (HPV), Gonorrhea, Chlamydia and HIV/AIDS. Many times
people who have STDs do not even know it, thereby increasing your risk
of getting an STD. The only way to prevent getting an STD is to
practice safer oral sex."

I have heard that HIV transmission is very unlikely from penis to mouth.
