I'm somewhat frustrated that my brokerage gives me the
same level of service as when I had a $2000 account.
Which brokers offer perks, fee waivers, etc, for account
holders with over $100k to $300k in assets?

I am particularly interested in lower fees for online
services, as opposed to more "handholding" and more
phone/personal service. Commission-free stock & options
trading would be nice (American Express Trading offered
that a while back, but not anymore).

I invest in mutual funds as well as stocks and options.
