I am after some benchmarks of costs for outsourced call center calls
in India and other locations in the world.  Clearly, the cost per call
will differ by length and type of call, however, if you have the cost
per call for a billing, technical help desk, general 4 minute customer
service call etc for Sitel or Wipro in India (or other vendors in the
US), I will be willing to pay for such information....Kind regards
