Dear National Pharmacy Group Members,
We would like to update all customers concerning orders that have not
been received. First we would like to thank all of the customers that
have taken the time to write us and complement us on our great service
we provide online - you are very welcome. We would also like to
address the few customers that have not received an order in the
expected time frame. Due to a new policy change in customs we can no
longer send orders overnight air with FedEx or any other major
shipping carriers. We have resolved this issue and now use two
separate delivery companies; we will incur the additional cost we ship
with an international ground carrier and USPS. Both systems have
tracking numbers and receipt verified delivery. Most orders are on
their way and will be received in the next 16 days. For any
inconvenience we offer discounts for you on all future orders. We can
send your order FedEx overnight but unless you have a doctor which
will verify you were prescribed this medication in the last 3 months
they will keep it - even though we send it with a prescription from a
doctor. If this is something you are interested in please go to the
contact page in our website and we will send your order out FedEx
overnight. As you well know; we will deliver your order and provide
you with the best service possible. Thank you for all your time,
loyalty and patience.
