I have a DVD player that upscales DVD video to either 720p or 1080i
through a DVI output. My HDTV monitor has native 1080i and has a DVI
input. While it seems to make sense to use 1080i output on the DVD
player, I heard somewhere that 720p will give you better performance.
Which output on the DVD player should I use: 720p or 1080i?
