Harte-Hanks have a product called Trillium to which you may be alluding; its a high-powered matcher and is user-customisable, but requires training (run by the company). It comes with periodic upgrades and support from the company, though that may be charged pro-rata. The alternative to doing it yourself is to out-source it. Customer data provider Dun & Bradstreet will not only provide data for specific purposes or categories, they will also undertake matching projects for you, looking to take your incomplete or out-dated data and match it to fuller and newer records wolvies |
