Dear Ron, Thank you for accepting my comments as the official answer to your question. I am reposting the information below to make it official. ------------------------------------------------------------- Hiring seniors or teens? Niche online job boards offer businesses a low-cost, targeted recruitment option. Businesses can hire eager job seekers 50 and older at http://www.Seniors4Hire.org, and ambitious young adults at http://www.Teens4Hire.org, two low-cost options in the niche online recruiting field. Web statistics show that seniors are the fastest growing segment on the Internet, and teens overwhelmingly prefer the Internet over newspapers and TV, according to Renee Ward, publisher of the two sites. Seniors4Hire has recorded more than 150,000 visits in less than a year of launch. Teens4Hire, now in its third year, has recorded over 300,000 visits so far this year and peaks in late spring/early summer. ?We?re like the monster sites for seniors and teens,? says Ward, a long-time recruitment and staffing executive. http://www.seniors4hire.org/articles/Press%20Release-Hiring%20seniors%20and%20teens-Final.pdf Teens4Hire http://www.Teens4Hire.org GotAJob Part-time jobs, teen jobs and summer jobs for teens and adults. http://www.gotajob.com/ Groove Job A job and career site for older teens -- high school and college age students -- to find both part-time and full-time jobs. http://www.groovejob.com/ Job Doggy A job and career site for teenagers. Teen job-seekers can search for jobs (by category ands location), http://www.jobdoggy.com/ Job Gusher A job and career site dedicated to connecting high school and college students, including recent college grads and graduate students, with employers http://www.jobgusher.com/ Youth Gig http://www.youthgig.com/ Thanks again, Bobbie7 |

Dear Ron, The level of growth in education grown from time to time.Getting up jobs is becoming really difficult.A level of graduates or Post graduates or even PhD-level carees stand much better when compared to just a high school graduate.Websites such as monster.com,hotjobs.com place before them preference of jobs to higher graduates than just high school. The reason that these websies ask for higher graduates is because of the age level.A high school graduate is very young and small to work in a very young age.The age level of an high school graduate is just about 16 to 18 yrs.And it is too young for h/school grad to face out for a job when regard to higher graduates. If any sites that specialize in high school graduates there will be more number of high school grad workers then the level of higher graduates.People will start working towards a very young and small age.It would lead to higher rate unemployment in the country.A higher grad will know moere details tahn a school graduate. Hope this answers to your question.Do let me know if you need any help or suggestion regarding this question. Regards Richard2354-ga. |
