How does one get from the state of massachussets certificates of
compliance or good standing for a private company for all of the
following:
* from  the labor dept- * tax compliance-* no outstanding law
suits-*state-*county-*certificate of existence)-* compliance with
creditors

What leads you to believe that such certificates exist?  I've never
heard of these?  Are you certain they can be obtained in
Massachusetts?

I am certain that the state and the city/county offers those
certificates in fact I found a link
http://www.dor.state.ma.us/help/goodstanding.htm, but it gives us just
tax compliance.
