Hi, I asked a qeustion 2-3 weekks ago which subject was "Coverting
picture to a word document." You kindly resolved part of it and
advised me "to go to a computer shop and let a professional install
the driver and resolve the problem for you". I tried, but decided to
try again through the google answers service. I repeat the question
"when I try to print a document/picture/image, with a text longer than
one page, only the first page prints. My Toshiba has Windows XP and
word 2000." If you are interested please give it another try. Zaker

Hi Zaker,

First of all, thank you very much for opening this question to me. In
the course of troubleshooting your previous question, I was trying to
immediately eliminate the possibility that the issue was a driver
problem. The reason I advised you to personally go and seek help from
a professional technician is because you were not able to follow the
directions I gave you and so I tried to help you avoid causing any
other problem to the system. Now that you said you "tried" to bring
your computer to a shop, what happened? How did it go? Alanhorkan-ga
gave a valid suggestion below. Perhaps you can try it.

Although this question is addressed to me, I suggest we keep this
question open for my colleagues to try.

Best regards,
Feilong

In the print settings Dialog there are various printing options
(.) All Pages
( ) Page range: from ___ to ___
( )
etc

You might want to make sure that you have selected
"All Pages"

I have seen users have similar problems with this before.

I am using ( ) to represent what are called "radio buttons", you must
make sure that the correct one is selected. Radio buttons only let
you choose one option at a time. When selected the radio button will
have a black dot in the centre.

Hope that helps.

To: Alanhorkan-ga,
Thank you. I have tried the (All) radio button in vain. I have also
tried option two by inserting a readio button and the number from 1 to
5, without sucess. I did not try option three as I am overseas now and
do not have the printer with me. Please send any othe suggestins as I
will be returning soon. Zaker.
