I am an exporter.  My customer in China wants to buy large quantities
of used or recycled laptop computers (not refurbished).  They are
going to do the refurbish work in China and resell in China.  Most of
the vendors I found are selling already refurbished units.  I think
Dell, IBM etc all have a recycle center, but I don't know if I can buy
