I am interested in learning more about the modular housing market.
Specifically, I would like to know:

Are there any big on site builders interested in getting into modular building?
Are any large HUD code manufacturers going to start building modular homes?
Are there any unique things that drive the modular building market?
How do the modular homes vary by region? (i.e. how are the homes
different in the northeast v. the south? larger? have basements?
design differences?)
Is the modular building market cyclical? Do the building units go up
or down at the same time every year?
What are the macroeconomic trends that affect modular housing?

I would also like to know the number of annual units for panelized housing.

Please respond by 3pm on Thursday, September 2, 2004.

Thanks
