Hello Charliemac69,

Please clarify the term "pre-message blacklisting". Do you mean to
stop acceptance of email before receiving the message (e.g., via SPF
or IP blacklists) or does this mean something else?

Thanks.

uhm well heres how you can block data

from the isp's you just have the sending account or datatype set up
for censorship forinstance every message that says HELP or contains
HELP could be stopped by the ISPS by scanning and filtering
(of course messages can be encrypted as well.

at some point the source or data match would have to be known

if it is coming from a static ip one that stays the same or being
routed through a known smtp service you could block the service
@BLOCKTHISPLACE or you could stop the data from IP xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

you could make messages that only contain a specific subject or from
box etc.. only get into your in box

it depends on the service or software

basically manipulation of any peice of data for a response is posible
thorough software.

there are a number of software programs out there

try block spam email on google or the like THERES allots

http://www.spamhaus.org/ is one
