I have been researching all three of your case law questions. This
question askes for any "judgements", where another asks for cases
where "they had to defend themselves"

I have found a case where Howard Rapke had to defend himself, but the
motion was dismissed, in December, 2000.

Would this be of interest to you?

Wal:

Extended searches of http://www.austlii.edu.au/
proved to be fruitless for cases against National Mutual, and or all
of the names you have provided.

I wanted to give you the one that I found, although since the
judgement was in favor of Mr Rapke, I could not "answer" the question
for you.

I hope this helps.

Colin
