There are commercial services that can perform a reverse telephone
number lookup for a fee -- getting a name and address for a toll-free
number costs about $80.  There is no charge, however, if the service
does not find the name/address information for you.

Why not just call them and ask?

companies will use outside marketing companies to send out mass faxes-
at the bottom of the page is a phone number to call if you would like
to be removed from the list.  that is one of those numbers.

Yes, the number is a removal number...but I need to
know WHO owns that number.  If you call it you can't
leave a message.  You can only input a number for
removal.

I need to know who OWNS that number.

This is NOT about getting me off the fax list. It's
another issue.  I need to know the owner.
