Currently, Brondell.com is hosted at Earthlink (Miva Merchant, etc). We are very unhappy with their offerings. I'm hoping a Google Guru can assist with researching the best options. Since Brondell is a startup, we have a startup budget. Yet we also want a place that we can grow. Our "Wants" are below: - MS Exchange hosting for email - E-commerce website store hosting - Real-Time credit card payments w/Encrypted Order data (secure) - Inventory Tracking tools - Comprehensive order-fulfillment system (i) an interface for our warehouse...so they can accept & pick-pack-ship orders automatically & enter the tracking info in the system to generate an auto-email returned to the customer. - Good Reports & Statistics - Ability to have different pricing for different customers (i) standard MSRP on Brondell.com (ii) Coupon ability for Friends & Family discount pricing (iii) Different stores for different retail clients or business partners (they can automate their purchase via web w/pricing & product availability). Possibly we?ll just use SalesForce.com here? - Quickbooks Interface: Ability to pull details into Quickbooks - Customer management system (i) Mailing list manager (ii) Ability to upsell & track previous customers Please give 3-5 recommendations for e-commerce managed service offerings that could handle Brondell.com. Thanks! |

I think www.miva.com will probably suit your needs. They provide complete, reliable, expandable and easy-to-use e-commerce software and services. |

Looks like your market is geared toward consumers. Have you looked at Yahoo hosting options? We have had 2 Yahoo stores....there is no such thing as perfection, but we have been very pleased! You might check with one of the "gurus" at SolidCactus.com....they specialize in the Yahoo platform. They could look at your list and determine if they thought Yahoo would work. Best wishes! |
