I need to have specific Pennsylvania case law that I can reference in
order to have get a court order to access a parent's
medical/psychological records for use in a child custody case. In
addition to Pennsylvania case law, it might also be helpful to know
about any other cases available that describe the circumstances in
which a judge may order access to a parent's medical records in a
custody case.

What would be really great is a reference to the specific case law
that I need, plus a summary of the key points of that case. I need to
be able to convince a judge that it is in the best interest of the
children to examine the medical records of one of the parents.

Thanks!!
