I need to be able to synchronize files and directories using SSH/SCP on Windows.. Requirements: - Must use SSH or SCP - Must be able to synchronize files & folders recursively - Must be bi-directional synching (update whichever is older) - Must be able to connect through standard HTTP proxy server using user/pass I don't particularly care if it uses a GUI or command line parameters, but I need to be able to schedule it to do a synchronize every so often. I've found lots of SFTP programs that can connect to my server through the proxy system but I have not been able to find a program that will synchronize on schedule. | |

I think the previous poster was implying that there is a difference between a web app which uses http and an app that connects over the internet with other protocols. Assuming you don't need to use http, it sounds like rsync might be what you need: http://optics.ph.unimelb.edu.au/help/rsync/rsync_pc1.html |

The rsync works great, though it doesn't do a two way synchronization as far as I can tell, but since it works so well at making one look like the other in no time at all I'll just set it up to go both ways manually... Thanks a bunch! |
