When I try installing Norton Antivirus using a disk I get an error message "installation missing file instopts.dat and kicked out of the process. I am running Windows Me. I tried uninstalling Norton antivirus and Winfax Pro using Add/Delete programs unsuccessfully. I have deleted all temp files. The computer is free of viruses and trojan horses as of last night. What other options do I have at this point? |
