I am increasingly frustrated with the public school services for
autistic children. I wish to start my own school (I believe I have
the staff, financial resources and motivation to do so). I am
confused about the difference between "charter" schools and "private"
schools (if there is one). I would like references to some web sites
that clearly explain the function, purpose, and legal requirements for
non-public schools. Also, I would like a step-by-step guide for the
formation of the school.
