There is not yet a single site where you can search for surplus
government property. However, a great many of the items offered by
the Department of Defense can be purchased through a site that is --
essentially -- the world's larges Army-Navy store.
The site is Government Liquidation Inc., who has an exclusive contract
with DoD to sell surplus equipment. Their website is:
http://web.govliquidation.com/
However, in searching for the type of goods you asked about, I did not
see any items currently up for bid. You may want to check in here
from time to time to see if new shelters are being offered that meet
your needs.
I'll keep looking, and if anything else turns up, I'll post the
information for you.

Randy,
One more thing...the half-moon shaped Quonset huts were made during
WWII and --as far as I know -- have not been manufactured for a long
while. I doubt there are many - if any -- available for sale these
days. Is that the only type of shelter you were interested in...?
Glad to hear your new job is going well. All the best...

I'm still on the lookout for government properties. But in the mean
time, would services like this one be of interest to you:

Also, where do you need these shelters to be? (what part of the country).
Thanks.

Randy,
Here is a portable alternative from Shelter Systems.
"Shelter Systems produces a 30'-diameter Yurt and Dome. These large
structures can be used for adventure and research expeditions and
archaeological digs around the world; trade fairs and exhibitions;
retreats; emergency relief shelters; and more."
Easy Set-Up
Your 30' Yurt and Dome goes up in one hour without tools.
Take a look at the pictures of the dome here:

Is this suitable?
