I would like get the list of registered investment advisors in
California. These are the advisors who manage less than $25 million.
(The advisors who manage more than $25 million are registered with
SEC, i am not interested in that list).

For example, the list is easily available for RIAs in Oregon at
http://www.cbs.state.or.us/external/imd/database/lear/adviser_search_main.htm

The list should include, to a minimum:
Full Name
Complete mailing addresss

Preferably, it should also include:

Telephone number
Assets under management
Number of clients
