What is the "Senopah Partners Corp". Who are the officers? Where are
they located? How may they be contacted?
Senopah is the Blackfoot Indian word for "Swift Fox". A very small fox
native to the American West which is on the verge of extinction. It is
very likely that this Corp. (If indeed it is a corp.) is located in
New York State.

"Senopah Partners Corp." proves to be an obscure phantom-like, almost
intangible organization. Traces of their former existence are so
scarce that one might easily think they never existed at all. And the
few information that is available does not really deliver much
insight. It is not even clear what their field of activity was. A fog
of obscurity surrounds Senopah Partners. However, I will provide you
all I could find.

Senopah Partners Corp. was indeed located in New York State. The NYS
Department of State, Division of Corporation's Corporation and
Business Entity Database lists the following data:

 -- --

Selected Entity Name: SENOPAH PARTNERS CORP.

Current Entity Name: SENOPAH PARTNERS CORP.
Initial DOS Filing Date: JANUARY 24, 2001
County: NASSAU
Jurisdiction: NEW YORK
Entity Type: DOMESTIC BUSINESS CORPORATION
Current Entity Status: INACTIVE

DOS Process (Address to which DOS will mail process if accepted on
behalf of the entity)
SENOPAH PARTNERS CORP.
60 BAYSIDE AVE.
OYSTER BAY, NEW YORK 11771

Registered Agent
NONE

 -- --

That is all that is available on Senopah Partners Corp. in the online
database; no other entity of that or a similar name exists. The NYS
Department of State may have some additional information in their
offline records. To learn how to get access to those records, please
read these information texts:

How do I get information on a corporation or other business entity?
What information is available?

How do I find out the names of officers and directors of a corporation?

All further online search for more detailed information or even
additional traces of Senopah Partners remained fruitless. Finally, I
searched the Nassau County Department of Assessment's database of
property records for the corporation's address, 60 Bayside Avenue in
Oyster Bay. The result: That property is currently listed as a
residential-only building. The photograph of the building shows an
old, rather modest wooden one-family house; certainly this never was
the headquarters of an company of any importance.

This is all I found to be available on that former corporation. Though
it is not much, I hope that it will be helpful for you.
