I recently moved from IA to MN.  My car is still titled in Iowa, but
registered in MN. I plan to buy a new car in IA soon and need to know
if I need to transfer my title to MN before trading in my car in Iowa.
Can I just trade the car into IA dealer while the title is still in
IA? I own the car (no lien holders).
