1)  Can a physican (licensed medical doctor) provide and/or oversee
trained staff to perform physical medicine modalities (CPT codes
97010-97150) in the physician's office?  A physical therapist would
NOT be involved.
2)  Does the physician's license supercede the physical therapist license?
3)  Where in the physician's practice act can I find this?
