I think you need to reword your question. Almost all printers are less than 45cm, unless you mean slightly less. Printers typically print in two dimemions. You mentioned width, deep and heigth. Do you want to print holgrams, project holigrams into the air? I have not heard the term foot print used in conection with printers. Would you consider 1/20 th cubic meter compact? 50 cm by 50 cm by 20 cm tall? |

For low copy cost, Kyocera is generally considered to be very good. On the subject of expandability, many lower cost models (of all manufacturers) are "Windows" or "GDI" printers and won't work with Linux and other operating systems (like WindowsXP in some cases :-) Owain |

Consider the Hewlett Packard LaserJet 2550 printer. Dimensions are 48x32x45 cm and 22 kg weight. Internet cost about 500 US$. Simple installation and operation. Print speed 20 ppm black and 4 ppm color. Network model available. I have printed 9000 pages for book manuscript with excellent results. Best supply costs are at Provantage.com |
