...at Walter Drake. Jsmith@wdrake.com does not work. Found this
customer service address on Better Bureau site. help@wdrake.com does
not work either. I need to track order they say they shipped Aug 28.
It's now 7 days. GA researcher might use their 1800-525-9291 number.
Thanks in advance.

Howdy brontephile-ga,

By what method (UPS, Fedex, U.S. Mail, etc.) was the order shipped?

If not by one of the "same day" or "2 day" methods, and if you are
not in a state relatively close to Colorado, then it would not be all
that surprising if it takes until after the holiday weekend (the
7th or so) before something shipped from Walter Drake reaches you.

If the 800 number is unavailable to you, then we would need personal
information that I don't think the editors would want posted.

Looking Forward, denco-ga - Google Answers Researcher

Dear brontephile,

You can reach the Customer Service department of Walter Drake at

  1-800-858-4979

between 5 a.m. and midnight, Mountain Standard Time, seven days a week.

Walter Drake: Customer Service
http://wdrake.com/customer_service.aspx

I confirmed that the number is in operation by calling it just now.
Once the automated voice-mail menu kicks in, you press the number 3 if
you wish to have an order confirmed.

I did press 3, and I was almost immediately put in touch with a human
operator who was ready to serve me. I didn't have your name or order
number, of course, but that's what you'll have to give them so that
they can track your order.

If you find that my answer is incomplete or inaccurate in any way,
please post a clarification request so that I have a chance to meet
your need before you assign a rating.

Regards,

leapinglizard

Hello denco-ga: United States Postal Service -- saving money, you see.
Only next time I may add five dollars for more reasonable shipping
service. I called them again today and was told it will be the 11th or
13th before it will arrive. Long time. Yes that 800 number works for
me, but I was getting nervous when nothing showed up days after I
called. Sorry I brought such a petty issue to your desktop. And a big
thank you and I hope a tip.

Thank you again and again.
