When it comes to Diindolylmethane (DIM) there are two brands that stand
out. The first, in the strongest dosage I have found (150mg) is made by
a company that was founded by the inventor of bioavailable (this means
absorbable) Diindolylmethane, Michael A. Zeligs, M.D.
This is BioResponse Nutrients, and their product is BioResponse DIM 150.

BioResponse Nutrients is an innovator and leader in nutrient delivery
technology. ... Most recently, BioResponse was awarded a patent for its
delivery system for highly-absorbable ('bioavailable') Diindolylmethane."
You can get this product several places, including through a toll free
number listed on the above site (1-877-312-5777) or through online sites,
such as HormonalBalance.com.

"[60 ct.] - $39.00 + shipping"
The second company is the well respected Nature's Way, which makes the
100mg DIM-Plus. Their product is bioavailable as well.

"DIM-plus contains diindolylmethane, a phytonutrient found in cruciferous
vegetables including broccoli, brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower and
kale.
...

You can get Nature's Way products in lots of stores or online. Here is

There is all sorts of controversy surrounding DIM versus its precursor,
Indole-3-carbinol, or I3C, so I think it is worth mentioning it as well.
The All About Diindolylmethane web page covers this subject from the DIM
side of things.

"Much of the research summarized here used Dr. Zeligs' absorption-enhanced
formulation, often referred to as bioavailable ... Diindolylmethane."

From the I3C viewpoint, here is a position paper dated May 2004 on I3C and
DIM by Deanna M. Minich, Ph.D., F.A.C.N. that is posted on the Metagenics
Inc. web site.
http://www.metagenics.com/PDF/Position%20Paper-I3C.pdf
"DIM is just one of the many products formed from I3C, and it appears to
have some activity as shown in cell and animal studies."
You can buy I3C on sites such as the LifeExtension web site.
