I'm running XP Home. I have 3 accounts on the computer. One for myself
(I'm the administrator) and two accounts for others as limited users.
I need to limit the other two accounts from accessing a secondary hard
drive. How can I do this?

Double-click my computer, and right-click the drive. Choose
Properties, and then Security/Sharing. Check out your options there.
I'm not a researcher so, if this helps, close it.
