Hi! My opinion is free! (Hee hee) You seem to have a "negative ad campaign" going on. The content is good, the delivery is not, IMHO. Try: We specialise in providing small to medium businesses with solutions that are affordable, reliable and highly supported. NO FIX-->NO CHARGE-->NO EXCUSES! We remove viruses, unwanted pop-ups, spam, spyware & adware and we can supply and install peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.), new systems, upgrades (CD burners, hard disk drives, video cards, etc), internet connections, and more. NO FIX-->NO CHARGE-->NO EXCUSES! We know how important your time and money is. NO FIX-->NO CHARGE-->NO EXCUSES! (You can get that arrow from wingdings) Anyway, you get the idea. Try to pump yourself up, don't put others down. I hate that when the presidential nominees do it. LOL! As for the layout, colors, etc., I love it! Very clean and professional looking, informative, very simple to navigate. Kudos! And the best of luck to you! |

Generally very nice, I liked the colours and the clean feel to it. I would note though that on my monitor the header frame took up between 1/3 - 1/2 of the screen, and obviously didn't move whilst scrolling down the linked pages wolvies |

Hi Paul, I'm afraid I would give your site a 4/10 for design look and feel, but much higher scores for navigation, content and so on. Specific problems: 1. use of frames is very dated and gives a negative impression, as well as having severe usability problems. 2. Use of times body copy is dated and looks undesigned. 3. At 800x600 fully half of IE's content area is lost to the navigation and branding frames. This makes the content frame look cramped and makes the site hard to use. Even at 1024 it's a bit restrictive. 4. Needs some imagery to lift the visual design. e.g. use the AMD logo in the news item about the AMD 64, have a nice photo for branding, etc. Good things: * clear home page, good content * news items up front - excellent * you sound competent and trustworthy at your business You've got the most important things in place; just needs some professional polish, imho. I'd recommend you get a web-savvy graphic designer to do you a redesign that looks more in keeping with current design standards, and use a sans-serif font to improve the readability of the body text. A freelancer cost me just £300 sterling to give me two complete alternative designs to choose from, based on my own site. I'm sure you'd find someone in your area to help. Hope this helps! 1. Make your logo smaller and put it left from links,so the bottom of the page would be smaller. 2.Maybe it would be better to chnge font to Arial? 3.It would be better also if there were links in every news with More detailed info. 4. Im not sure if its good to use frames here. |

It's best to get your message across in as few words as possible, especially on your main page. (imho) delete this: What can we do for your business? We specialise in providing small to medium businesses with solutions that are affordable, reliable and highly supported. We do not provide "band-aid" solutions. Once you pay a professional to fix something you should not have to pay to fix the same problem again. A lot of so-called professionals use excuses like "it's a software problem" or "it's the users fault" to cover up their own incompetence. and put this in its place: We have over 7 years experience in the computer industry and can fix just about anything. If I have a broken pc, that's what I want to hear! Also, I agree with the other commentators that the frames are unnecessary. Do you care about search engine optimization? |

Needs proofreading: "completley," "secretley," "somthing," etc. Lack of care with small details in a business such as yours (in any business, actually!) detracts from customer confidence. No matter what you're saying, whether simple or complex, typos and misspellings speak ill of you and make you look unprofessional. Archae0pteryx (not a researcher) |

I am a web design student in College and I have taken several classes. First off if I were you, I would shorten the header by at least 40% that would eliminate most of the scrolling. One of the first things they teach us is to keep the scrolling to a minimum, also I agree with the others you need to pay attention to the smaller details. |

Hi Paul, Looks good, quick to load, easy to navigate. Exclusion of "flaming logos" and extraneous crap keeps it crisp, clean and to the point. Good choice of wording too. Most of all, if you can do as you claim you will be a multi-millionare. All the best, Phil |
