Hi there,
We need a program (in a hurry for once) that will read in several html
reports (the TopDog reports you've worked on before) and produce
another html file containing just the Google positions for each report
in the directory.
For example: The directory contains 50 reports, each with positions in
several search engines. Some contain google, some don't. The parser
goes into each report and extracts just the Google section, and pastes
into the new html file. When the program has finished, the newly
created html file with contain all of the google sections from the
other reports. The reports may contain Google.com, Google.co.uk and
Google Uk Local postions.
I will upload some sample reports once i hear from you.
I hope you can work on this again and if you complete before tomorrow,
a $100 tip will be added.
Many thanks

www.apcs-uk.co.uk/ga/bmcompany.zip
password for the zip file is same as the WorkLog's admin password.
Please post once downloaded and i'll remove.
I understand that it might take a little longer now, don't worry too much.
From now on, it will be known as "the search engine we do not speak
of" (Film reference: The Village)
Thanks again :-)

I haven't tested it fully (but then we never need to with your work),
but it seems to work perfectly. Running it with 1500 reports now.
Still going :-)
Please post the answer
P.S - I don't suppose there's any chance of a preview pane for the
html page is there?
Thanks for your quick turnaround, shame GA won't let us offer you a job :-(

Hello, bmcompany:
The problem was that some of the files you were parsing had a
different section terminator than the ones you sent me, I have added
the new terminator and it works perfectly, you can download it from
here:
PosUtil
http://www.qadram.com/answers/397375/PosUtil.zip
Please, don't hesitate to contact with me if there's any other problem.
Regards.

have the updated tool:
PosUtil
http://www.qadram.com/answers/397375/PosUtil.zip
I have tested it with the three sets of files you have sent me, if you
find any other problem, just tell me.
