Would it be okay if the info was originally in Spanish and then
translated to English?

No, I found info originally in Spanish and the literal English
translation is poor and difficult to follow. All other Google entries
are in a foreign language, mostly Hungarian.

You are right about the Spanish-to-English translation being
difficult to follow.
Other than the little factoids I found such as his birthdate and where
he fled from, what other information are you looking for on Gross
Arnold?

Born 1929--still alive, right? What is his training. In what
museum(s) is his work represented. Is this too much to ask for $2.50?

Being curious, I switched the name "Gross Arnold" to
"Arnold Gross" and found some information in English:

Arnold GROSS, graphic artist (twofold Munkácsy Prize holder, Kossuth Prize holder)
His masters were: Gyula HINCZ, György KÁDÁR, György KONECSKI and
Károly KAFFÁN. Beside them his friends Béla KONDOR and Vladimir SZABÓ
had a great influence on him. He received twice the Krakow Biennial
Prize (1955, 1967). He became Artist of Merit in 1987. His unique
technical knowledge, fine sketching, collected compositions, symbols
of his work and the cleanness of their forms and content are
incomparable. ?This magician-graphic artist is really teaching you
something; yes, the dreams have sense where a dog-cat mix can sit
quite peacefully on the top of the pendulum clock. They do not have to
be afraid of the wrath of the traditionalist old man, who actually ?
with his hooked stick - would prod everyone who has been dreamed up by
Arnold GROSS for his bluish-green and sepia-lilac grass. Arnold, the
painter?s love will save these kind and full of joy creatures for
themselves and for us.? (Endre BÁLINT)
He exhibited not only in Hungary, but also in Rome, Tokyo, London,
Colon, Los Angeles, Athens and Vienna.

Unfortunately, the information is in Spanish which you know already.

hopefully another researcher can answer your question in reference
to translation.

Sorry I couldn't answer your question.
