Howdy alibaba007-ga,
Not a sugar glider (but a good guess by the commenter) as they have stripes,
and the animal in question was solid in color. I was thinking some kind of
lemur, but that was wrong as well.
I emailed General Mills, the makers of "Fruit by the Foot" which was featured
in the "Roll out the Cash" sweepstakes commercial that you saw. They informed
me that the animal in the commercial was a kinkajou. The "Julie's Jungle" web
site has a great page on kinkajous.
http://www.juliesjungle.com/kinkajou.php
"Kinkajous come in 14 subspecies and various sizes. The larger varieties of
Kinkajous can reach a weight of up to 8 pounds, and attain a body length of
about 25 inches. My breeding pair of kinkajous weigh about 5 pounds and are
roughly the size of a small housecat."
More on kinkajous can be found on the Honolulu Zoo web site, whose "Sugar
Bear" is in the Guinness World Record Book for having been the oldest known
kinkajou in captivity.

"The kinkajou belongs to the raccoon family and is directly related to the
red panda that lives in the Himalayas and China, the olingo, the civet or
ring-tailed cat and cacomistle ..."
Kinkajous are sometimes called honeybears.
If you need any clarification, feel free to ask.
Search strategy:
I "TiVo" "Dora the Explorer" for my daughter, and managed to capture
the commercial (which we had seen many times before all of this, and
she has
been quite taken by the kinkajou) in question.
From there, searched Google on: "Fruit by the Foot"

I eventually ended up the General Mills "Contact Us" web page.

Also, searched Google on: kinkajou
