Recorded some video files using Windows Movie Maker (Windows XP). Some
how in saving this video CEF files were created. i.e Jpg.cef or
wmv.cef or just cef.  How do I open these files?

From what I found a CEF file is:

CA Clipper workbench application - CEF

This doesnt really help but what I suggest you try is when your in the
save area pick All Files for file type and then save the video as
wmv.wmv

From what I know of .cef files, is that it's an encrypted kind of
file. Some software that came with my USB flashstick had a .* to .cef
and .cef to .* (anything) converter. It's pretty small, so mail me at
valistar@gmail.com and I'll send it to you.
