Our business sells custom made military rings. We offer a time payment plan, and inevitably we have to call several thousand buyers each month because they are not keeping their payments up. In order to expedite the process, we would like to upload the customer information to a company who has predictive dialing equipment, and when the customer answers, we would like them to send the customer information (that we have provided) and the connected call to us in order that we may talk to them. There are lots of companies that will do "voiceblasting", or will do our outbound calling for us- we are not looking for that. |

As a general observation, why not buy a used predictive dialer? Used dialers that do not conform to the new telemarketing laws are quite inexpensive (compared to their original cost) and can be found with a simple search. And you can probably get terms on the dialer since the older dialers that do not conform to the "Do Not Call" list requirements are a glut on the market. I'm guessing the monthly lease payments will be less than the cost of what you are proposing in your question. Since you are ONLY calling existing customers with whom you have an existing relationship, you don't have to screen against the "Do Not Call" list (per my understanding, double check with your attorney). This would be a lot easier and cheaper than trying to import/export calls on a bulk basis and buying/leasing the tech to implement. Good luck... |

The exact Voice Broadcast Technology you are asking about is generally known as press thru (or press 9) technology in the voice broadcast industry. Two companies that can provide this service to you are eLert Broadcast Messaging Technologies at http://www.eLertBroadcast.com or ePolitical.net at http://www.ePolitical.net although there focus is Political Campaigns they are the sister company to eLert Broadcast. They also offer IVR Polling the technolgy can also be used for Marketing you services as well. On the debt collection side you may want to consider MasTon Capital Debt Collectors at http://www.MasTonCapital.com |
