Question ID: 397751
I would like to find demographic information about developments
(neighborhoods) within a given zip code. In particular, I would like
to have a listing of addresses based on the cost of the house.

I have been told this information is publicly available through the
Census Bureau, but I have only found national data. Although, right
now, I am looking for Winston-Salem, NC zip code(27102, 27104)
demographics, I would really like to find out how to search for this
data on my own.

If for some reason this information is not publicly available, I would
like to know how marketers, for instance, access such lists.

Even if specific addresses are not available,
developments/neighborhoods within the zip code will suffice.

You can purchase a such list from Experian, all you do is provide them
the zipcodes your looking for and they will provide you a ascii text
file of the list or printed labels. A typical list costs around $150
to $200.
