Stanley,
Your link leads me to the page of Yahoo! mail accounts. What is your
question exactly?
Would you like to know who is the owner of a certain Yahoo! email
account? This could be done legally under certain circumstances. It
might be helpful to describe the circumstances in your case, in order
to help you.
Would you like to know who is the owner of this web page? If so, the
answer is legally available in any circumstances, and I could give it
to you right away.

Dear Stanley,
If you don't mind, several other questions, before I could give you an answer:
- What are your "cookies" options? What are other security definitions?
- Do you or did you normally check the option "Remember my ID on this
computer" when using Yahoo! mail? Are you logging in using the
"stadard" or the "secure" mode?
- Do you have a firewall installed? An anti-virus?
- What processes and programmes do you have open when you see that?
- What is your operating system (i.e., Windows XP)? Do you use
Internet Explorer or another browser (i.e., Mozilla)?
- Where and how (exactly) did you find the link?

Stanley,
Along with my colleague, politicalguru-ga, I've been looking into this
question to see what light I could shed on the link you provided.
politicalguru-ga asked a number of questions...if you can answer
these, I'm sure it would help the researchers very much.
However, even if you don't answer those specific questions, perhaps
you could tell us a bit more about what leads you to think that there
was unauthorized remote access to your computer?
Whatever additional context you can provide -- especially about the
circumstances that led to your suspicions -- the better we can focus
our efforts and try to provide an answer to your challenging question.
Thanks.

Dear stanley1234,
I may be able to help you, but I'm not sure the information I've found
is a perfect fit for your needs. Let me explain what I can and can't
do for you.
I can tell you what corporation owns and operates the Yahoo Mail site.
I can't tell you which particular user of that service you might have
had contact with in the past. However, I can tell you why hackers and
crackers tend to use free email services in the course of their
misdeeds.
I can also lay out some general guidelines for dealing with the
problem of unauthorized access to your computer. Finally, I can supply
you with links to websites offering products, services, and further
information that you can use to secure your computer.
Would such an answer meet your needs? If so, let me know by responding
to this Request for Question Clarification, and I'll post my answer as
outlined above.

Stanley,
Hi there...are you still with us...?
I may have come across some relevant information. Your system may
have been infected by something called the JunkSurf worm. If so, it's
probably trying to constantly change your Internet Explorer startup
page to something other than what you've set yorself.
You may have also received friendly-sounding emails along the lines of
"Hey...haven't heard from you lately" and signed something like "you
know who...".
If this sounds familiar, I can probably help in eliminating this from
your system. Let me know what you think.
