The firm representing Cantor Fitzgerald in the lawsuit in question is
Dickstein Shapiro Morin & Oshinsky. The full citation for the case is
Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. et al., v. Akida Bank Private Limited, et al.
Case No. 04 CV 07065 USDC, SD, NY (September 3, 2004). The lawyers
from the firm who signed the complaint are Kenneth L. Adams, Richard
W. Fields, Jonathan M. Goodman and Stacey A. Saiontz. Here is contact
information for the firm:

1177 Avenue of the Americas
New York, NY 10036-2714
Tel: (212) 835-1400
Fax: (212) 997-9880
E-mail: info@dsmo.com

Here is a link to the firm's website:
Dickstein Shapiro
http://www.dicksteinshapiro.com

My source for the information is a copy of the complaint itself. which
I received from a news organization that covered the filing of the
suit in a news story on September 4.

Search Strategy:

I first performed a variety of Google searches to get the basic
information about the case. Here is an example of one such search:

"united states district court" manhattan saudi cantor
://www.google.com/search?sourceid=navclient&ie=UTF-8&q=%22united+states+district+court%22+manhattan+saudi+cantor

While this search. and several others in newspaper archive databases,
did not reveal the law firm's name, one of the news article I found
referred to a Jonathan Goodman as a lawyer for Cantor:
Bloomberg.com
http://quote.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid=10000087&refer=top_world_news&sid=a7GTOzeI_jDY

I then consulted an online legal reference source, Martindale-Hubbell,
and determined that there was a Jonathan Goodman at Dickstein Shapiro,
a litigation-oriented firm with which I am familiar. However, since
there are other lawyers in New York and the rest of the country by
that name, I needed more evidence to justify posting an answer.

I then saw a reference to Cantor Fitzgerald at the Dickstein Shapiro
website, which convinced me that this was the right firm. Finally, I
contacted one of the news organizations that covered the initial story
and confirmed the information that Dickstein Shapiro is indeed the law
firm filing the action.

I am confident that this is the information you are seeking. If
anything is unclear, please ask for clarification before rating the
answer.
