I can only provide the top five shareholders as at June 2004. Other
shareholders do not have to disclose their holdings and reveal their
identity as they are below the disclosure limit set by the London
Stock Exchange

At June 2004, Corus Group had been notified of the following
substantial shareholdings in its issued ordinary share capital:
Brandes Investment Partners, LP 16.00% 
Gallagher Holdings Ltd 13.39% 
Legal & General Investment Mgt 3.92% 
Standard Life 3.14% 
Barclays plc 3.01%

Corus has around 158,000 registered shareholders. Institutional
investors, account for around 90% of total shareholders. The remaining
10% mainly represents private individual investors."
