Question Part 1:
We are a small firm working for non-profit issues and campaigns. We
are writing a pamphlet and need some quotations/proverbs/sayings that
would apply to what we are trying to convey.
For example: Necessity: Necessity is the mother of invention"---Then
for our purposes "but in this case the impetus of creativity"

The words and their usage are:
Relevant: as in the candidate's message in the TV ad was relevant to
the voter?s lives or the issue pertains to them.
Rapport: As in "the sense of connection, bond or understanding between two people.
Accurate: as in the targeting is precise or correct
Evolution: as in "how strategy methods have improved (therefore
changed) over the years.
Catalyst: cause for the development of a new strategy, as in campaign
A had less money than campaign B so campaign A had to get creative in
developing new methods.
Innovative or innovator: in this case we are referencing someone who
developed a new political tactic.
Principles: (foundations)- use the following key five key principles
when initially developing...

What if there are no proverbs or interesting quotations featuring such
words as "catalyst" and "rapport"? Would you be satisfied if we
invented some aphorisms of our own?
