Question Part 2:
We are a small firm working for non-profit issues and campaigns. We
are writing a pamphlet and need some quotations/proverbs/sayings that
would apply to what we are trying to convey.
For example: Necessity: Necessity is the mother of invention"---Then
for our purposes "but in this case the impetus of creativity"

The words and their usage are:
Integrated: or inter-related: as in interconnected or ?tie all the
elements together? or the direction of all elements.
Targeting: identifying or selecting specific voters, or the benefits
of micro targeting to identify your voter universe.
Vote or ?to vote? or the necessity or benefit of voting? also could
relate to casting a vote, not using one?s right to vote, low
percentage of voters in the USA who choose to cast a vote.
Issue(s): As in the issues discussed tonight during the candidate debate
Fundamental: as in these are the fundamental or foundations of the theory 
Credible: as in credible messenger
Enhance or enhancement: To make better, to improve or specifically in
the use of this word to augment in order to make the item more
complete
Focus: as in focus your attention or direct your thoughts to?.
To think outside the box
Observations: as in ? With over two decades in the business, here are
some of my more  interesting observations
Future: As opportunities for our industry in the future and/or we  had
better be more prepared for the future than we are for working in the
now (present)
Better: We can do better

Do you require that we find existing quotations that use these terms,
or would you like us to create slogans or aphorisms which embody the
concepts?

Any pre existing quotes/sayings that would lend themselves to catchy
headlines for a dialogue type piece would be great--but should you
have any creative ideas that would be great!

Just a suggestion: 

You might get better results by posting this as thirteen separate
questions (each appropriately priced). That would enable many
different Researchers to work on this project.
