We are a small firm working for non-profit issues and campaigns. We
are writing a pamphlet and need some quotations/proverbs/sayings that
would apply to what we are trying to convey.
For example: Necessity: Necessity is the mother of invention"---Then
for our purposes "but in this case the impetus of creativity"

The words and their usage are:
Accurate: as in the targeting is precise or correct

Creativity is welcome--make up your own headline using the word! Need it ASAP!

We are using this in the context that accuracy is key when conducting
political research.
